Frankenstein Iron On Winchell's Donut Doughnut House 1977 Vintage Advertisement Universal Monsters
From 1977 comes this vintage t-shirt iron on - featuring everyone's favorite reassembled person - Frankenstein's Monster. Clearly based upon Universal's rendition of Mary Shelley's classic misunderstood creature, the iron on features a model clearly chosen because of his resemblance to Herman Munster/Fred Gwynne. We've reversed the image for the listing - as all iron-ons are printed backwards. This reference picture of the promotional poster that originally hung in the store's window should give you a nice idea of the final iron on's image:
